This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join a progressive firm where your expertise will be valued, your contribution recognised and your career development supported.

Your Next Step

You will become an integral part of the Employment team, handling a varied caseload for both employers and employees.

Your work will include:

Employment Tribunals | Litigation | TUPE | Settlement Agreements | Mediation | Policies & Procedures | General Employment Advice

You will manage your own matters and client relationships, whilst working alongside Partners and experienced colleagues.

There is also scope to become increasingly involved in the development and growth of the department, making this an excellent role for someone who wants more than simply managing a caseload.

A Role With Responsibility

As an experienced member of the team, you will have the opportunity to mentor NQ Solicitors and support junior members of the department, sharing your experience and helping others develop.

You will also work closely with the department’s support staff, contributing to a collaborative environment where everyone plays an important role in delivering an excellent service to clients.

We are looking for an Employment Solicitor with 4+ years PQE who is:

• Experienced across a broad range of Employment matters
• Confident managing their own caseload independently
• Commercially aware and highly client-focused
• A strong communicator and relationship builder
• Proactive, organised and professional
• Comfortable providing guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues
• Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing firm

The Flexibility You Want

Once you have successfully completed your probation, the firm offers a 2 days from home / 3 days from the Orpington office hybrid working model.

This gives you the flexibility to work remotely whilst retaining the benefits of face-to-face collaboration, knowledge sharing and team interaction within the office.
