Logistics Distribution and Supply ChainRight match Recruitment Group is working with a wholesale company to recruit motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative for their busy site in Erith/Belvedere,Dartford. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment with the potential for ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Stock replenishment and rotation
- Labelling, scanning, and processing goods
- Operating warehouse equipment (training provided if required)
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Assisting with stock checks and inventory control
- Preparing goods for dispatch in line with customer requirements
- Palletising and shrink-wrapping goods as needed
- Supporting colleagues to ensure daily targets and deadlines are met
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year’s warehouse experience (essential)
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and with a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexible approach and willingness to learn
