PCB / Fabricator / Assembly Operator

Right Match Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing organisation in Dartford that is expanding its production team and seeking PCB / Fabricators and Assembly Operators.

The Role

Working as part of the production team, you will be responsible for assembling and building products to a high standard, following detailed instructions, technical drawings and quality procedures.

Your duties will include:

• Carrying out mechanical assembly and product build.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams and work instructions.
• Using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensuring all products meet required quality standards.
• Identifying and reporting any issues relating to quality, materials or processes.
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily production targets.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Following company procedures and Health & Safety guidelines.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, assembly, engineering or fabrication environment preferred but not essential.
• Ability to follow technical drawings and detailed assembly instructions.
• Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Experience working to production deadlines and targets.
• Reliable, hardworking and committed to maintaining high standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible approach with the willingness to support different areas of production.

Job Details & Benefits

• Pay rates:
  • £13.10 per hour – Morning Shift
  • £14.43 per hour – Afternoon Shift
  • £16.43 per hour – Night Shift
• Shifts available: Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday
  • Morning Shift: 06:00 – 14:00
  • Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 22:00
  • Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00
• Temp to Perm opportunity.
• 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service).
• Excellent opportunity for long-term progression.
